What is the timeline to open?

After signing the franchise agreement, most new owners should plan for a 6-9 months path to opening. During that time, you will work through site selection, lease coordination, design and construction, training, supplier setup, local marketing preparation, and grand opening planning. Robeks helps guide qualified owners through each major step so the launch process stays structured and easy to manage.

What does Robeks provide in terms of training and ongoing support?

Robeks supports qualified owners before, during, and after opening. That includes real estate guidance, site selection criteria, design and construction support, comprehensive training programs, approved supplier resources, local store marketing tools, technology implementation, and grand opening support. New owners also receive in-store opening support, including help with setup, team training, soft-open preparation, and day-one operations.

Who is behind the Robeks brand?

Robeks was founded in Los Angeles in 1996 by David Robertson — and thirty years later, he still serves as Chairman of the Board. That continuity isn’t an accident. It’s the point.

The brand earned its system before it ever sold it, developing and operating its own stores for five years before franchising began in 2001. And the people leading Robeks today didn’t arrive from a boardroom: four of our executives — including President David Rawnsley — were multi-unit franchisees and area developers first, with more than 155 combined years inside the system. Zero private equity control. No one guiding this brand learned it from a spreadsheet.
