Adam Perel has seen Robeks from every seat at the table. In 2004, he opened the brand's first East Coast location — 1707 L Street NW in Washington, D.C. — as a franchisee, learning the business from the ground up. He then scaled as an area developer across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, growing the region into Robeks' largest outside Southern California — overseeing real estate and construction, marketing, supply chain, and both new-store and ongoing training for the owners who joined him. Today, as VP of Franchise Expansion, Adam drives Robeks' growth strategy — reading new markets and guiding prospective owners through discovery. He asks the questions he once needed answered himself, because Robeks doesn't recruit franchisees, it finds partners. He measures expansion not by how fast the footprint grows, but by whether the right people are building it. Prospective owners are encouraged to press him on the details — with two decades inside the brand across nearly every discipline, there are few questions about running a Robeks he hasn't already lived through himself.

Kevin owned and operated Store 68 before serving as the Arizona Regional Developer — driving growth across the AZ market — and eventually taking the helm of both Operations and Construction. Twenty-five years inside the Robeks system — paired with 20 years in the semiconductor industry and a BS in Chemical Engineering — give him a rare engineering rigor that translates directly into efficient build-outs protecting franchisee timelines, budgets, and grand-opening momentum. A 4th-generation Arizona native who raced modified stock cars on dirt for 11 years, he brings the same precision and grit to every store he helps open.

An entire career built in progressive QSR roles — from hourly positions all the way to executive leadership — across In-N-Out Burger, Rubio's Coastal Grill, International Dairy Queen, and Wendy's. That rare perspective spans both sides of the business: corporate operations and working directly for a franchisee. Five years into leading Operations and Corporate Store Training at Robeks, that four-decade foundation now drives operational excellence and hands-on training for every franchisee in the system. For franchise partners, that means a launch built on proven systems: comprehensive onboarding and store-opening support, a structured training program for owners and their teams, and continuing operational guidance long after opening day. Mike's dual vantage point — corporate and franchisee-side — shapes practical playbooks for labor, throughput, and customer experience that protect margins and keep stores running smoothly. In the Robeks system since March 2003 — 23 years of institutional knowledge now directing site selection and lease strategy for the entire network. He has worn many hats along the way: Director of Franchise Development, Senior Director of Real Estate, and VP of Business Development. Before Robeks, he spent nine years as a real estate paralegal and lease administrator at Blockbuster Video, and worked as a construction and development manager for a major Washington, D.C. developer. "I love bringing my deep real estate experience — in construction, development, and leasing — to bear in finding great sites and negotiating strong leases for our franchisees."

A Robeks franchisee before a Robeks executive — Dave joined the system in 2005 and still actively operates stores in the Washington, D.C. region while directing marketing for the entire Robeks system. A deeply hands-on operator, he ran his stores as a true family business, with his wife and four children all involved. That franchisee perspective informs everything: he has served on the National Advisory Committee and Marketing Committee, and led product, equipment, and catering pilot testing across the system. His resume before Robeks is just as deep — an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, plus executive roles at Capital One (CFO for 9 divisions), Deloitte Consulting, and Travelers Insurance. It adds up to one of the most unique perspectives in franchise marketing: as a franchisee for more than 20 years in the Robeks system, he has seen firsthand what drives traffic, moves the needle, and increases sales — a true blocking-and-tackling marketing VP focused on helping franchisees grow their store sales.

With four decades of invaluable experience in the restaurant industry spanning both full-service and fast-casual, Dan brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Vice President of Supply Chain at Robeks. His background encompasses various facets of restaurant operations, training, human resources, and supply chain management, acquired through his tenure with several esteemed organizations — which means the right product arrives at the right location, on time, every time, at the right cost. In his spare time, Dan finds solace in his passion for cycling, outdoor adventures, family vacations, and a love for classic rock music.

A tenure with Robeks that began in 2014, capped by his appointment as Vice President of Technology in January 2021. Beyond Robeks, he sits on several restaurant technology advisory boards and contributes to the Restaurant Technology Network, helping shape industry policies and standards, and is a member of the International Food & Beverage Technology Association. Nearly ten years of that career was spent with a Fortune 500 company managing the accounting for multiple entities and venues, followed by a year inside a multi-concept restaurant group owned by a celebrity chef. Since joining Robeks in January 2025, that depth and range protects the financial foundation every franchisee's investment depends on.
